About
Throughout my career, I have specialized in optimizing executive performance by filtering out distractions and ensuring leadership energy is invested in core mission critical goals. For over two decades of navigating fast-paced corporate environments, I’ve seen firsthand that success happens when vision, strategy, people, and systems work in harmony. As Chief of Staff at Brightmind my mission is to serve as a force multiplier for our leadership team, ensuring visions are met with flawless execution.
My career has been built on a foundation of diversified support and technical expertise. Most recently, as a Cybersecurity Analyst at The Home Depot, I focused on protecting technology assets and ensuring organizational resilience. I spent my days synthesizing complex datasets from across the enterprise to drive vulnerability remediation and fortify our organizational defenses.
Prior to diving into the technical weeds, I served as the Executive Assistant to the CISO at The Home Depot. This role allowed me to act as a vital liaison for the cybersecurity department, handling security related issues with speed and efficiency while managing confidential operations for the leadership team. My journey also includes significant tenures at MiMedx Group and Booz Allen Hamilton, where I honed a unique blend of project management and high stakes problem solving.
I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where I earned my B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Business. This academic background, combined with two decades of hands-on experience, has given me a unique perspective on balancing technical requirements with strategic business goals.
Beyond my professional life, my heart is at home in Marietta, GA. I reside here with my husband and our two sons, who keep me busy and inspired every single day. Whether I'm navigating the complexities of the Chief of Staff role or enjoying family time, I'm driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact in everything I do.
