Brightmind supported the Chronosphere team during the sale process that culminated in Palo Alto Networks' definitive agreement to acquire the company, announced November 19, 2025, and closed January 29, 2026, for total consideration of $3.35 billion. Chronosphere's technology is being integrated with Cortex AgentiX, Palo Alto Networks' agentic platform, to give enterprises real-time observability and automated remediation across their security and IT operations.
